i had a really comfortable stay. the hotel was located short walk to the lovely boardwalk from wategos to town, the beach, lighthouse and restaurants and coffee shops and coffee shops. lovely and great staff who cared about me.

It was absolutely perfect, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. the shower, spa bathtub, and soft bathrobes added a luxurious touch. the staff was consistently attentive and knowledgeable. the location was wonderful, conveniently close to the beach, lighthouse, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as the lovely boardwalk from Wategos to town and Byron Bay.

Some more explanation by staff would have been nice. We missed out on breakfast since we had to notify 24hrs in advance. Should this have been mentioned upon arrival we would definetely have done that. When needing to check out at 10am it would also be nice to offer your guests to make use of the facilities for the remainder of the day (parking for example).

The room here is very spacious and comes with a balcony, plus the bed is incredibly comfortable.

Room too small for the money. No outdoor private comfort from room - I would expect to have a private balcony with seating for two comfortably for $ 400 a night. Considering the amazing location to sit and relax watching the light house.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the lounge area. the staff were attentive, and my room was nicely furnished and pretty quiet with a super comfy bed. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to some amazing walking trails. 🌟.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and we loved the large spa bath. The location was great as it was an easy walk to the beach and other attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfasts, which were delicious with lots of options.

We didn't have any major complaints, but we did find that the pool was a bit small for our liking and it got quite crowded at times. some of the staff seemed a bit impersonal and not as friendly as we would have liked.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lap pool and spa available for use. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities surpassed our needs, especially the massage and private facilities. the staff's service was impeccable, always friendly and helpful. the garden area was beautifully landscaped and added to the serene atmosphere. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and offered a great escape from the heat.

We did encounter a minor issue with the linen in the room. Although clean, it was a bit outdated and could have been replaced with newer sheets.

Located close to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast and luxury linen, and the room was beautifully decorated. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room lacked some essentials such as block-out blinds and DVD player. there were some cleanliness issues with the shower, basin, and bathroom vanity not being cleaned.
